It depends on the jurisdiction. In some states this is explicitly illegal.
For example South Carolina code section 16-13-470 says, in part:
(A) It is unlawful for a person to:
(1) sell, give away, distribute, or market urine in this State or transport urine into this State with the intent of using the urine to defraud a drug or alcohol screening test
I guess if you give your urine to someone else just across the state line and THAT person then brings it into South Carolina, you personally are not in violation of this section (though if the other state has a similar law, you've just broken that state's laws).
However, even if a state doesn't explicitly make it illegal to give your urine to someone else to defraud a drug test, it would still fall into the general category of "fraud", which is illegal.
How aggressive your local DA's office will be on prosecuting this is something we don't, and can't, know, but there is at least the possibility you will face criminal charges for it.
