If you skipped one, you should take the skipped pill as soon as possible, up until the scheduled time for your next pill. (You should definitely be taking them at a fixed time each day, to avoid hormone fluctuations that can allow you to ovulate and become pregnant.)

If you skipped it and didn't take it the next day, you will be at elevated risk for pregnancy for the next week and should probably use a backup method like condoms, spermicidal foam and sponge, or abstinence. (The pull-out method won't protect you.)

If you've had sex in the past three days before your skipped pill, remember that sperm can stay active in your body for up to 72 hours, depending on how strong they are. It's a good idea to abstain from alcohol until you get your next period, in case you did get pregnant-- since it's a light blue pill, it'll only be a little over a week. Pregnancy tests won't give accurate results for weeks.

However, you're at pretty low risk if you only missed one pill. If you missed more than one pill, you're at significantly higher risk and should throw the pack out and start over at the end of your next period, using at least one other Birth Control method until the second week of your next pack.
