The most famous of those calibers is what is now known as .45 Long Colt, which makes up the majority of First Generation Single Action Army production. .44-40 Winchester Center Fire, .38-40 Winchester Center Fire, and 32-20 Winchester Center Fire were also popular calibers. The Colt Single Action Army is still in production, and the ones used in movies may be in more 'modern' calibers such as .357 Magnum, .38 Special, or .44 Special.
