The way to give a cheer in Austrian German is to say either: Prost, Zum Wohl, or Prosit.
The antique map in the background of several seasons of Cheers appears to be a reproduction of Claes Janszoon Visscher's c.1617 world map. You can even buy a print of it - see related link below. I understand they have one of the originals at the Austrian National Library. It is an extremely rare map, but frequently reproduced.
