it doesnt matter how much horsepower a 7.3 has the lmm duramax will win every time...it has around 250 stock From Edmunds.com: 185 HP at 3000 RPM, 360 ft.lb. at 1400 RPM.
No - not unless you are running the A/C. One fan is for the engine and one is for the A/C. Each has its own temp. sensor.
