Broad question. Africa is a continent that covers a distance of about 8,000 km north to south and about 7,000 km east to west at its broadest point.
In addition, the continent crosses not only the equator, but also the Tropics of Capricorn and Cancer. The elevation of the continent ranges from sea level through to almost 5,900 metres.
Given the huge range of geographical as well as meteorological factors the following "broad" answer can be given.
In the height of summer in the mid-Sahara the temperature can easily reach 50 degrees Celsius. Likewise the temperature in mid-winter at the top of a snow covered peak could easily drop to -15 degrees Celsius.
Having travelled quiet a bit through Africa and at different times of the year; a more personal observation is that the Average temperature across all the places I have visited is in the region of 20 to 28 degrees Celsius and humidity ranging from about 40% through 65%
Let me know if you can find it. It s hard to tell. I am looking for both temperature and something else to make the formulae works.

Africa is such a huge continent that is a nebulous gquestion. In Capetown it can be almost freezing in July, but in Kenya you will be sweating, even in their winter.
