Billex is a new version of authenticated International Bill of Exchange developed by Billex Trade Finance Corp. Canada. Billex is a physical Bill of exchange printed on money paper and has high security and safety features and can be verified online.

Billex is actually a paper Bill of exchange combined with an electronic version ( ibillex ) as complementary back up. you can order it online or buy it from banks.
