I'm guessing you mean the green stuff you see on the pictures of the whole earth and it's just green and blue- seeing as the blue stuff covers 70% of our earth, I'd say green is 30%. :P

From space the Earth actually looks blue (due to the atmosphere and oceans, However Earth is also covered in growing green plants and there is therefore a huge amount of green tinge on Earth's continents so the "green planet" refers to this biotic presence on the surface.
