I tried looking all over the web for an answer. I found the Ithaca site and emailed them. I got an answer the next day. Mine was made in 1951 and on top of that they gave me the history of my model. Here is the email addy for them. The Ithaca company is actually quite nice by doing this and giving you the history and year of production for your gun contact@ithacagun.com. I hope this will help get you closer to your answer.
