He has stated numerous times he would repeal "Obamacare" (The Affordable Care Act), which, ironically, is based in part of his health care plan in Massachusetts. For more information on want the ACA entails, Google it or look up the Reddit thread "Explain to me like I'm 5".
Currently the healthcare plan developed with his running mate Paul Ryan is based on a series of voucheres that would be distributed in place of Medicare. These vouchers would give seniors discounts to buy their own private healthcare plans. For more details on Romney's "Voucher-care" plan, look on his official website.

Barack Obama Helped Craft It
Both Barack Obama and Mitt Romney have experience trying to pass health care reform, but they never worked together-- they passed their bills at different times and under different circumstances. When Mitt Romney was Governor of Massachusetts from 2003-2007, he signed into law a health care bill that is still widely popular in Massachusetts. Barack Obama's version, often called "ObamaCare" but actually called the Affordable Care Act, was put forward in 2009-2010, and in some ways, is similar to Mr. Romney's, since it incorporates both Republican and Democratic ideas.
Actually yes, but not together and not at the same time. When Mitt Romney was Governor of Massachusetts from 2003-2007, he did in fact sign into law a health care bill that is still widely popular in Massachusetts. Barack Obama's version, put forward in 2009-2010, is similar to Mr. Romney's, and incorporates both Republican and Democratic ideas.
It's a personal matter, one of pride, because Obama stole his health care proposals directly from Romney without giving him any credit.
he has none don't you watchcampains he is trying to take away health care. heis trying to kill people.
Mitt Romney, as governor of Massachussetts, believes that Americans shouldn't care at all, and lead America into utter armageddon.
Do you mean does Mitt Romney only care about money? You would have to ask him. I expect he would say no. And I don't imagine his policies would reflect that he does, as this would be detrimental to his campaign.
No. Mitt Romney has not held any political office during the entire health care debate, so it is impossible for him to have proposed the new health care law. However, many of the ideas (including the core principles of enforced enrollment and portable insurance) found in the Affordable Care Act were first implemented into law during Romney's term as governor of Massachusetts. He did not, however, originate these ideas, most of which come from several mid-1990s Republican think-tanks, and the actual law passed in Massachusetts was by a Democrat-controlled legislature (though, Romney signed it into law).
From Mitt Romney's campaign website: "Our next president must repeal Obamacare and replace it with market-based reforms that empower states and individuals and reduce health care costs. States and private markets, not the federal government, hold the key to improving our health care system." He wants everyone to be covered, in terms of health care insurance. This is something that his competitor, Rick Santorum, disagrees with.
