It took him 2 months to cross the Atlantic in May. 1602. He got permission to collinize from King Henry. He also got a monopoly from King Henry. In 1608, Sam. joined the war with Huron, and Iroquios ran from the battlefield as Sam. shot off a new weapon that was never seen before and killed 2 chiefs (used a gun). In 1615, Samuel tried to convert the natives to his Catholic religion. Then the English controlled Quebec for 3 years, as oppose to Samuel. On Christmas Day in 1638, Samuel died of a stroke.
