You need an owners manual really bad. Service Vehicle soon means it needs service. If this is not the Check Engine light then it probably means you need to change the oil & filter, but it could mean something else. If it is the Check Engine light, it means there is an emissions problem. That owners manual would have the answer. Trac off means you have turned the Traction Control off. Simply turn it back on. Security lock, I am not familiar with on this vehicle. Get yourself and owners manual. Dealer, Salvage Yard, Ebay, and many on-line sites are sources.
