Not Amish, so it's not a question that belongs here, but I'm not sure any category fits.
It's a contradiction in terms, like "giant shrimp" or "honest politiician." The Amish life is one of fairly strict discipline, while the hippie lifestyle is extremely undisciplined. (Not intended to say one is better than the other, although most people would prefer one or the other.)
I don't know that this is the Amish Hippie, but on the BabyCenter site, a user writes:
