A 1965 Honda Dream 150 cc was recently sold for $3.200. That bike is in mint condition and looks like new. For a similar bike in an unrestored and bad condition, parts missing an so on, the price is less, perhaps from $500 up. For an average bike of this kind, not looking like new but in good running condition, the price may be something like $1.500 to $2.000.

My 1965 Honda 150 Benly or mini dream says on the engine below 15 c use 10w20 and above 15 use 10w30. The oil should be a straight weight. I would go to a Honda dealer since their oils actually have additives for the clutch performance.

Replace stock parts with racing parts, tune it up with the help of a pro, and if you are still not happy with it, buy another motorcycle with a bigger engine. Go for 110, 125, 150, or 250, heck you can go for 1000 like Honda CBR or maybe Ducati 1199.
