It is most likely Scabies.
Scabies is a contagious skin infection that occurs among humans and animals. It is caused by a parasite.
The characteristic symptoms of a scabies infection include intense itching and rashes & lumps 'pimples' . Common locations of the above for mentioned symptom are the thighs,genitalia,and buttocks.
Scabies is highly contagious and spreads on skin contact, clothing, bedding.
