handfasting
Only if the pagan clergyperson (Shaman/Wiccan/Druid/whatever) is licensed by the state to conduct marriage ceremonies.
All Wiccans are pagan, not all pagans are Wiccan. That said, I am unable to determine if she is either pagan or Wiccan.
Not necessarily.
Spelled Wiccan, it's a Pagan religion.
Mushroomhead is not considered a Wiccan or Pagan Rock Band. They are only classified as a Rock Band.
Yes! A Wiccan wedding ceremony is called a hand fasting. It is beautiful. They can be used by people who are members of Pagan (polytheistic nature religions), or by people who don't necessarily share the same beliefs. There are also Christian and other folks who chose to use handfasting as their wedding rituals for various reasons, so don't feel excluded form these resources.
no. paganism is a range of religions, like Christianity. Wicca is a type of pagan, but a pagan isn't necessarily a Wiccan.
Being a conscientious human being means protecting nature. Being Wiccan is being a member of one of many spiritual paths called collectively "Pagan." Most of the pagan spiritual paths revere nature. Protection of it is just one form of that reverence.
levitating objects isent wiccan but if your interested in wiccan check out a book called (a quide for a solitary practionar) by Scott cuninningham ( i have no idea if i spelled his name right.)
Yes. It is both and in some cases not connected to either.
He is usually called by his given name(s). A child (either gender) born into a pagan family (Wicca is just one of many pagan spiritual paths) is not "baptized" into the faith. They are introduced to the gods, and the gods are asked to watch over them until they reach an age where they can make their own choice about which spiritual path they want to walk. FYI the words Wiccan, Pagan, Heathen, Witch, Magician, Alchemist, etc. are not gender specific. Meaning both male and female practitioners are called by the same term.
Your best bet is to try the local new age/ pagan/ wiccan stores in your local area. Most will sell Pagan magazines with contact information of local organisations, along with notices in the windows and other useful information.
