a cellular device is a device used for txting ure friends and calling ure family. usually found in teenagers hands actually usually glued in teenagers hands. u can go on the internet and u can take pictures and viedos and send them to ure friends but if u have a gay one lyk mine u cant take viedos or get them from other ppl. they r also used to run up a high bill tht u dont have to pay for but ure parents do. then they get mad and take away ure cell but get ahold of it any way and end up spending more money on txting. its too much fun to have taken away from u so dont txt too much and dont talk to much and u can do tht evry day because if ure lyk me and txting is ure crack then u will waste all ure txts on one person in lyk 5 min. and ure fone bill will be 107.39 and believe me ure parents will flip out on u wen they get tht and make u pay them back!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
