How do you convert 12 volt to 24 volt?

Use a voltage devider or a transformer.

Where is fuel filter located on 1986 MR2?

In the engine compartment, between the battery and the firewall. It's some ways down so its easy to miss if you don't know where to look. Firewall = the devider between the engine compartment and the driver.

How do you convert 24 volt trailer lights to 12 volt?

All you have to do is change the bulbs to 12 volts and supply the trailer with a 12 volt power source. If you leave the original 24 volt bulb in the trailer they will only glow at 1/2 of their rated wattage.

How do you get a male betta to accept a female betta?

well... i think i have gotten my male to except two other females by putting them in a bigger tank. ( i have 5 gal. tank) or i think i had gotten the male to except a female by putting them in a smaller devider tank (half gallon) if your asking about breeding them... i havent found out how to do that either. heh heh

Could driving up on a center divider in the road cause a broken engine block in a 2000 VW Golf that only has 7900 miles on it?

Possible, especially if your car is lowered... but even if that's the case its not likely, because the oil pain would likely be the part taking most of the beating... to find out for sure you need to tell us more info regarding the car.... also, your suspension/axle/cv joints/frame etc.. could be damaged as well... Very possibly. It depends on how hard you hit the divider, how tall it was and how low your car is. I would think that if the devider was hit had enough to break the block there would be massive damage to the suspention and frame

How do you build a room divider?

Building a room devider is an exersise in imagination. You can do the measuring, cutting, hammering, patching and painting to create one of any size or shate. It can be solid or open depending on your needs. The best room divider I ever put up was in a tiny L shaped apartment. I didn't have much money so I put two store bought bookcases (48 inches high) side by side with the open sides facing my "living room" and used the closed or back sides as the headboard for my bed in the "bedroom". To give myself extra privacy I "hung" a pair of paintings (back to back) on the invisible wall above the bookcases. Worked like a dream and cost me very little.

What is the advantages of variable resistor?

When we want to regulate somthing ;we use variable resistors for example :volume control in radios and volume in headset. Also , the variable resistors can forms a potential devider in which the overall resistance between the two end points remain the same, but the ratio of the two resistors in the legs changes.so the variable resistor is affectively a potential divider. Also, the variable resistor can forms a potential divider in which the overall resistance between the two end points remains the same, but the ratio of the two resistors in the legs changes. So, the variable resistor is effectively a potential divider.

Why the clock frequency of 8085 is 3.14 MHz?

you are freering to the internal clock speed and the external clock speed corect? ECLK or ECLKNOT are external clocks to the microprocessor. they do not run it. they are for the microprocessors supporting hardware. the internal frequency is what the processor actually uses. the ECLK is divided by two( a 6MHZ cycle take half as long a 3MHZ, right). the reason external (E) clocks run twice as fas as a processor is because there is not much data that can be processed in one cycle. it also allows the supporting architecture to access the data twice as it is processed. think about accessing a memory slot, it would use one ECLK cycle to locate the slot and one ECLK cycle to right the data to the processor. reading memory is a very simple task, but it still take two cycles. if the ECLK didnt run at twice the speed of the internal clock, the processor would be idle half of the time. actually there is a frequency devider circuit using 555 timer which devides the crystal frequency by 2......and the microprocessor components function proper at 3.14 Mhz.
