A grounded signal wire from pcm, faulty pcm, or faulty injector are the only possible causes.

P0205 means that the PCM detected a fault in the injector 5 or the wiring to the injector. Could be a bad injector number 5. Maybe the wires to the injectors or the PCM is faulty.

replaced ignition coil pack, PCM and spark plugs. No signal comes from the computer to fire plugs 2 and 3, but 1 and 4 are firing nicely. The van WILL NOT start, but -- at times -- it tries. Please help. There is possibility that I bought a faulty PCM with the same problem that I had from the original, but I dunno.

are you sure the system is still charged?, cause it's controlled by the pcm. If there is low/no pressure the pcm will not turn it on. Or if the high side pressure switch is faulty same condition.....

This is due to a bad PCM which needs to be replaced. This is a common problem in these cars. I believe its due the PCM being located in the steering wheel column and just over the years wearing out and breaking due to it vulnerability. Unfortunately a new PCM for a Regal will run you $400 plus. But it's a safety matter and should get fixed. What's happening is a faulty control switch in the PCM that believes you are shutting the ignition off when you are making a turn.

The PCM has nothing to do with the horn. The cruise and horn are probably caused by a bad clockspring, (not a diy part). The fan is usually a failed relay, which is located under the right front headlight, under the bumper.
