For a number of years I have used Google Sites, the free tool which comes as part of a Google / Gmail account. It is very easy to create and update the site as free website templates are provided and updating a page is just like editing a word document. The Web Address is in the format of sites.google.com/"yoursitename" so you may want to buy a domain in order to give it a more professional look.
