A good way to lose last minuet weight for Wrestling is to go into a hot bath. Make your bath pretty hot so when you step in it burns a little. Soon your body will get used to the heat and sit in there, water to your neck, for about 20-30 min. After that you will be a pound and a half to two pounds under. For long term put on a lot of layers for wrestling practice after practice do not drink anything a limit yourself to a bowl of fruit making you feel full and replenishing your water weight. I'm wrestling 26 this year and with three layers on I'm dropping four pounds in a practice. Only having watermelon after practice i gain a pound. So ultimately you can lose up to three pounds a day.

THERE IS NO GOOD WAY. A 12 year old is TOO YOUNG to lose weight "fast". I assume this is in preparation for some kind of athletic event, and drastic weight loss for a wrestling match or other competition is asking for trouble in an adult, let alone in a growing pre-adolescent. Talk to your doctor for specific advice.
