A democratic government.
If the people are in control of the government, it is a republic. If the people have a say in the government (like how it works, who is in it, etc.), it is a democracy.
Everyone has a say in what people happens in the government.

For one, there is a monarchy, which has one supreme ruler with other officials below him who carry out his orders. The people have little say in how the government works in this form of government. There is also an oligarchy, which has a few highest officials who rule, who are usually very wealthy. There are subdepartments below them, similar to the monarchy. The general public has little say in government. There is a dictatorship, which is what Hitler was during World War Two. There is a totalitarian government, where there is one ruler who governs in the interest of himself or herself, without respect to the wants of the general public. Finally there is a democracy, where a ruler, usually a president, governs in the interest of all the people. This is the one form of government where the people have the most say in how the government works. The people elect their rulers. The United States is an example of a democracy.
It was an experiment in the greatest sense. Nothing was like it in 1789. Countries were ruled by kings and the population had no say in the government. Here, was a government that stated that people formed government so they could have a say in it.
Definitely not. The government of China is called a communist government, and the people of China don't get any say in how the government is run. The government basically has the power to do whatever it wants, and people who speak out against this are often imprisoned.no because it depends on what the leader says.
The diet I have heard most people say good things about is called the Atkins diet. A lot of people say this is the diet that works for them. en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Atkins_diet
The government would be allowed to limit what people say when it actively hurts another group of people For example, the government could limit speech that incites rioting.

Yes they do.
It does not say what the government CAN do- it says what people have a right to do, and what the government CANNOT do.
