You don't want to lose healthy muscle tissue , idealy you want to lose fat and replace it with muscle. If you just cut back on food and don't burn any fat the scale may show a loss but that won't be fat that you have lost. Muscle and bone weigh more than fat, so if you're muscular or have dense bones or just a big skeleton, you might weigh more than average without being fat. It's more important to have a healthy waist-hip ratio, and body fat ratio. A doctor can check your body fat content and tell you if you need to lose any weight.
exercise and eat healthy
It would depend factors such as your height, genetics, fat to muscle ratio, and other factors. But, generally speaking, 95 lbs is a healthy weight for an average ten-year-old
Yes! i know a guy who is underweight and yet he even has 10 percent bodyfat. He doesnt work out at all so yeah you can have a good healthy bodyfat and still be underweight from a lack of muscle not fat. I also know about a guy who is prettly fat and he is also underweight. I think you can have a good healthy body fat percentage and still be underweight from a lack of muscle not fat. You can be underweight from muslce even though you have a good body fat percentage. So yeah it's possible to be underweight from muscle ONLY...and at the same time maintaining a good fat percentage.
