Does anyone know what to do about durla arteriovenous fistula?

I have one that keep reocurring. It is a joining of a vein and an artery in the brain. The blood does not flow through the brain but instead flows through this fistula. To fix the problem, an Interventional Radiological procedure with glue is performed under sedation, much like a cardiac catheretization. A guide wire is inserted into the groin and fed into the arteries up to the brain. Pictures are taken and then glue is placed in the right spots in the fistula to help stop the blood flow to the fistula. The only draw back is that it may have to be performed more than one time. I am now working on my third time having this procedure done. It is pretty safe, but the neuroradiologist keeps a close eye on you after the procedure. You usually stay overnight in the hospital for close observation. The most I have had in relation to side effects from the procedure are headaches for one week after and bruising at the insertion site.
