Cellulose fiber does not provide energy (calories). It is a very complex carbohydrate. The human digestive tract cannot break it down, so it is indigestible in humans and is excreted as part of the feces.
Some no-cal items are, of course, water. Most types of tea and some coffees (without sugar or milk or whatever added in) can have no calories, along with diet sodas and flavored waters or sparkling water.
