A rear dash panel is a panel is accompanied by a front dash panel and is usually found on vehicles like diggers, where the vehicle operates in both directions.
there is clip out panel on passenger side of the dash between the dash and door. the fuse should be behind that panel.

The flasher is built into the hazard light switch. You have to remove dash and take it out from the rear of the dash panel.
To remove the dash panel there are two screws directly above the display, take them out. The rest of the panel is held on by clips. The panel should pop right off with the exeption of the conectors for the lights, hatch pop and rear defrost located on the left side of the panel.

To remove the radio the plastic dash panel surrounding the radio must be removed. Locate andremove two (2) Phillips screws at the top of the dash panel above the air conditioner controls.Pull out the ashtray. Insert one hand into the opening where the ashtray was located and pull theplastic dash panel until the lower part of the plastic dash panel begins to pull away from the maindash assembly. Continue to unsnap the plastic dash panel until it frees from the dash.You do not need to unplug the plastic connector attached to the cigarette lighter at the bottomrear of the plastic dash panel. There should be enough slack in the wiring to allow the plasticdash panel to be set off to the drivers side of the center console.The radio is secured to the dash with metalbrackets on the side of the radio. Locate andremove four (4) 8mm bolts / Phillips screws thatsecure the brackets to the dash.Pull the radio out of the dash. Unplug the antennacable from the rear of the radio. Unplug 2 plasticconnectors that are plugged into the rear of theradio. The radio can now be completely removedfrom the dash.

Your fuse panel is on the driver's end of the dash . If you open the driver's door , on the driver's end of the dash you will see a removable plastic cover panel. The fuse panel is under the plastic cover panel But, the fuse for the rear wiper motor is a 15 amp mini-fuse , in location # 8 of your POWER DISTRIBUTION BOX in the engine compartment ( Ford recommends disconnecting your battery before servicing anything in the PD BOX. also , in the PD BOX - relay # 8 is the rear wiper down relay , and relay # 10 is the rear wiper up relay .
