I have my great grandfather's rifle with the following on the butt of the rifle: REDHEAD BRAND Chicago and a picture of a duck/goose mixed in with these words On the rifle itself reads: J.Stevens Arms & Tools Co. Chicopee Falls, Mass USA Browning Pat ???????(couldn't read) Feb 7, 1185 or 1895 August ?? 1905 was just wondering about the history of this rifle since it was my grandfather's and it's value just as an FYI!
