A sphynx is a breed of cat with no hair, and thus are covered in wrinkles. Actually that's technically not true, since they have this low level of fuzz coating them, but mostly they don't have fur. I think they need baths because of that, but I'm not sure. They're reported to be very affectionate and nice to cuddle with.
