Killing the victims of rape is not a good way to treat women, even if such an act is practiced in over twenty countries. Beating people who disagree with your political or religious views is not a good way to treat others, even if such an act is practiced in dozens of countries. The values enshrined in the United Nations Declaration of Human Rights should be enforced for all people in all places regardless of the problems with normative culture.
