Six-packs, like all muscles, do not have an "easy way out." Some people will say that doing crunches all day has to work, but the most important thing is to eat healthy and exercise. Only after that, should you worry about weight training and things like that. Muscles are about 90% lifestyle change and 10% exercise. If someone is clinically obese, exercise won't help much unless they change their lifestyle for the better.

There's no real quick or easy way of getting ab's unless you take steroid's but some good ways of doing it is to start doing a few runs through out the week, but make shore you start at your level. For eg; you don't want to be doing a 10 km run when you have never ran before, but still on that note you have to push yourself to get the result's. But whiles your doing this you should be eating the right things fast food is definitely not the right thing no matter what kind it is. Diets are also not the right way to go all they do is make you skinny for a short time then as soon as you start eating normal again the weight comes back. You've just got to make shore your eating alot of veggies and fruit and for protein fish, beef or chicken eggs are good as well. Now if your doing that, you can get maximum results by making yourself a program of mid section exercises. To get you going these are the ones i do. This schedule is for all your midsection exercises eg; Sit Ups, Leg Ups, Oblique Sit Ups, Lower Back Sit Ups and Lower Back Abdominis Oblique Sit ups. (Warning) This schedule is for a healthy person if your not, i recommend starting at half or even a quarter of day 1's exercises.
