Francium was one, named in honor of France. There is also Polonium, named after Poland but that is Eastern Europe. Gallium uses old Latin term for France. and remember Iron Man used to have FE on his breastplate. so much for Chemistry. Gallium is the operating fluid in the Reaumur thermometer. it has a negative modulus of elasticity, very rare in minerals.l
