∙ 12y agoIt is a part if the body that cavemen use to have when they had to digest bones. Obviously we don't need them now but it could overflow with bacteria and blow up and kill you! Science.

The appendix is located on your lower right side, but if there is a nerve leading from it to the left side of your body, you can feel the pain of it on that side. If the pain continues to bother you, you need to see a doctor though.
