It could be either a bad wheel bearing or a bad axle shaft. To figure out that is pretty easy. Get out your lug wrench and tighten all the front-wheel nuts as tight as you can. Then take if for a ride. If the noise is gone, you fixed it. If it is not, then you have problems with the driveshafts and wheel bearings. If the noise is from rear its likely to be the exhaust that may be too close to the frame and touching it or the muffler has a broken baffle internally. If you hit the muffler with the heel of your hand, you should be able to hear any rattles.
When the car is turned off, it is best functional to be parked if it stays in parked..however, i do believe it is possible to shift it into another gear by putting the key in a slot that's beside the stick-shift (however this may not be in all accords.) If you do this, i highly recommend u don't leave the car parked in neutral..this can cause the car to roll forwards/backwards since neutral means the car isn't in gear.
Make sure the Rack & Pinion assembly bolts have not come loose. Also check the linkage from the steering column to the rack.
A hole in the muffler would cause a knocking sound in your muffler. A loose exhaust pipe can also cause a knocking noise.
When you are parked or in neutral while the car idles, your engine will shake. The vehicle will also get poor gas milage. Bad gas can also cause engine failure.
u knocking on it

A warped rotor on a Honda Accord can cause it to make several different noises. The brake system should be immediately checked. If a rotor has failed the vehicle can become very dangerous.

Tornadoes cause blackouts by bringing down power lines, either by knocking trees into them or by directly knocking over or even blowing away utility poles.
A bad harmonic balancer can cause a knocking noise. The harmonic balancer doesn't actually produce the noise, but it can cause the noise in the engine.
