Bad Plug, Bad Plug Wire. If distributor. Bad pole on the cap. If coil pack, bad coil. Make sure your wires are not crossed at all. They should not touch each other anywhere on the vehicle. With it running, use a fine spray bottle of water and mist the #3 wire and see if you get an electrical jump.
Probably the spark plug or spark plug wires, I would try that first.
First do you have spark at the end of the plug wire for the spark plug to fire. If yes, do you have fuel from the injector. If you have spark, then most likely no fuel. Check the wire feed to the injector. Or, could be possibly a blocked injector.

Pull the wire off the spark plug, pull the spark plug out, plug the spark plug back into the wire, then have someone turn the engine over. You should see a blue spark jumping around the very bottom of the spark plug.
