Code 71 is an EGR malfunction code. Basically you will need to clean and or replace the parts of your EGR system, the EGR temp sensor is the main component that will throw this system into a hissy fit. If cleaning use seafoam in a vaccum line. Hope this helps.

Check the blower motor fuse. Also check the fan relay and resister pack, If all of these are ok then the blower motor probably is bad.
