As I understand it, conversation voice is the tone of voice that you use when you are talking to someone. It should be pleasant to hear, with good expression. I believe that the idea is to make people actually listen to what you are saying, and feel more comfortable talking to you. Keep in mind that body language goes hand in hand with conversation voice.
