2. Take I-90 WEST on the Thruway - Berkshire Connector (toll) to I-87 New York State Thruway (toll) to NEW YORK and BUFFALO. Follow signs.
3. Once you are on the mainline Thruway, stay on the mainline Thruway on I-87 and then, eventually, I-90 WEST. to Pennsylvania where I-90 becomes toll-free.
4. Continue on I-80 WEST through Pennsylvania to I-271 EXPRESS LANES - SOUTH to COLUMBUS at EXIT 190 in Ohio outside of Cleveland.
5. Take I-271 EXPRESS LANES - SOUTH to I-480 WEST to TOLEDO. Follow signs.
