Environmental science is the study of the effect of the physical, chemical and biological conditions of the environment and its affect on the organisms within it. Because animals live in just about every environment, they are also affected by any changes that may happen to their habitat. Animals are one of the largest parts of environmental science because they are the first things to show change when the environment is changing or disturbed, and may determine the cause of many environmental problems.
