Nothing - human pain medications are not safe for dogs. Tylenol, Advil, Aleve, Motrin, aspirin, acetominophen, ibuprofen and other such drugs are extremely toxic to dogs.
Also, dogs don't have menstrual cycles and generally don't experience any pain or discomfort when they come into heat. They may bark or howl, but this is generally believed to be a method to notify males in the area that they are fertile and receptive, not an indication of pain.
