On a constant latitudinal path, the midway point would be approximately 1100 miles due west of Chico, CA in the Pacific Ocean.

I fly from LAX to CPT every year.

Il De Sohl, part of the Cape Verde Islands is kind of in the middle.

Morocco and Senegal as well...

Dublin is a good halfways point as well...

I have flown through Sao Paolo, Brazil and of course, major western euro cities.

Dubai is halfway too...
