Like raw meats, poultry, and seafood... cross contamination is the biggest threat to safe handling of those raw foods. Wash your hands and anything that came in contact with the foods and/or their juices with disinfectants.

cooked and uncooked food CAN NOT be stored next to each other because, (for example) cooked chicken and all the salminella bacteria is cooked off meanwhile the uncooked chicken salminella bacteria is not. so the uncooked salminella bacteria can go onto the cooked chicken and contaminate the cooked chicken...i dont suggest eating uncooked meats.......
