Could be a lot of things, its not getting a good spark, its not getting good compression (bad valves, worn piston, bad head gasket ETC...) or it could simply be that the carb is clogged/not adjusted right, i used to have a Suzuki lt230 that did the same thing, turns out it had a bad cdi Box

20mph My daughter has a Eton Viper 50cc. IF you remove the thing in the exhaust and turn the rev-meter up it can do about 35mph. If you dont do those things it goes about 20mph. She races hers so I'm 100% about this
44 does not appear in the King James Version. The only mention of "forty four" is in conjunction with one hundred - as in Rev 7:4 and Rev 14:1 - "one hundred and forty and four thousand"
slow to start from cold and starts when warm
maybe rev limeter is set to low????
You need to check the throttle positioning sensor.
My 4.0 does not do that....does yours? Maybe check out the sensors on the throttle body.
