As with anything in life, there are good and bad things about being a model. However, this question can't be answered in a purely objective way since each model has his/her own opinion about what it's like to do this type of job.
Generally speaking, being a model is filled with unique experience, the chance to travel, the opportunity to meet different types of creative people, dealing with a lot of rejection, being criticized, worrying about having the right look for a gig and working with other models.
