Laurasia is like Pangaea where all of the continents were put together before. This is a theory that all of the continents were once together and that there is plate tectonics. This is not evidence of plate tectonics because no one was around to see it happening. It is just a theory!

But it seems very clear that it is true because the continents are moving and the continents look like a huge puzzle. For example, the west side of Africa and the east side of South America look like they fit together! If the continents are moving away from each other they must have once been together.

Laurasia was a supercontinent that existed during the Paleozoic and Mesozoic eras. It was formed from the breakup of the supercontinent Pangaea. Laurasia eventually split into several smaller continents, which include North America, Europe, and Asia.
