If "liquid sponge bag" refers to the bag of giblets, then, no. The finished chicken might taste slightly of organ meats, but otherwise it should have no affect.
You certainly can test the hardness of chicken bones before and after they are soaked in liquid. You can try tapping and bending them for example.

CHICKEN
If one consumed liquid from a chicken left in the Sun for a Month, assuming it was dead for that period, would likely get Salmonella Poisoning.
Yes, you should. It's always best to wash chicken before cooking it because the poultry processors dip them in vats of liquid to 'rinse' them, and it's been proven that the liquid isn't always as sanitary as it should be. So it's much better to be safe and rinse the chicken well to rid it of any residual rinsing liquid the processing left on it. If it's a whole chicken, be sure to rinse out the cavity (inside) of the chicken, too.

A clear liquid diet is Not healthy! But, the chicken broth only has 10 to 20 calories. Then on the other hand there is tons of sodium in it. I recommend to try a healthier diet Please.
It will be a little soggy from the soaking liquid, but it can be removed from the carcass of the chicken to be put in soups very nicely.
