Check the Honda website for recalls. My 98 Accord LX was dying in the middle of traffic, unpredictably. Turns out there was a recall on the ignition unit that the previous owner had ignored. Honda dealer fixed it, no cost to me, no more problems. Several mechanics I spoke with had no clue, including the shop manager at the dealership, and no one suggested looking up recalls, despite it obviously being a safety issue.
Start by making sure the battery itself is good. If the battery is good, then you more than likely have a defective alternator. Any auto parts store can diagnose the problem.

Many many reasons, if its making a clicking noise, its probably your battery or starter, get a boost from a good battery is what you should try first. Its hard to give you a correct answer when you do not state any symptoms.

Start by making sure that all of your electic things work, if not try fuses, but if everything else works fine remove your starter and have it tested for free. if it tests out to be fine then look into your wiring.
The battery is not making good contact or has been installed in reverse. Remove the battery and clean ther terminals with a pencil eraser. Reinstall the battery making sure you install it correctly.
Starter is not seated properly and is cocked sideways. Remove and reinstall, making sure it is fully seated.
Probably belts. Does it come from the engine compartment? Does it go away when you accelerate, or does it just get worse?
