Hi, I have an Amsoil product I just purchased that is the equal of mtf-94. Basically it is a light gear lube = to 10-30 wt and 30wt motor oils. Remember 90wt. gear lube is equal in wt to approx 30 or 40 wt gear oils ,. The type oil you use in a transmission is CRITICAL to shifting, So you want to use what your auto calls for. Don't use the GL-5 hypoids in a trans that calls for GL-4 spec or others types. I would use the Manufacturers OEM brand, or a good Amsoil equal.
