Onigiri also known as Omusubi is a snack of Japanese rice formed into triangle or oval shapes and wrapped in nori (edible seaweed). Traditionally, the onigiri is filled with pickled ume fruit (umeboshi), salted salmon, katsuobushi, or any other salty or sour ingredient.
Some other fillings might be pickles, salmon flakes or crab.

What is Onigishi?
I checked my Japanese dictionary and there is no "onigishi" in there. However, if you're referring to Kanjani8's song, "Onigishi", they're actually talking about onigiri (rice ball). In one of the verses, they're singing about how they couldn't pronounce the word "onigiri" properly and always said it as "onigishi."
