contact your local dealer they will be glad to tell you. There is no special service needed at 90,000 miles other than the normal Air Filter & Cabin Filter replacement every 30,000 miles. Inspect all drive belts and hoses. You do need to replace Brake Fluid every 3 years independent of mileage. At 110,000 miles replace the spark plugs on a 4 cylinder, 105,000 on a V6. Replace engine coolant at 120,000 or 10 years on both engines. Replace A/T fluid at 60,000 miles. On the V6 at 105,000 miles replace the Cam belt and Water Pump. The 4 cylinder has a chain that you replace when it is noisy or you cannot keep the engine in time.

HOW TO TURN OFF THE MAINTENANCE LIGHT ON 2002 HONDA ACCOURD
It just needs an oil change. If you take it to a Honda dealership to get it fixed, they will normally reset it for you. On the 1995 Honda Accord station wagon, the 'maintenance required' indicator is easily reset by using a key to push in the little flat 'button' located near the indicator.
Get your oil changed, and have the service reminder reset.

It means there is scheduled maintenance required. Your owners manual will tell you what is needed.
No, Honda Accord's are very reliable cars.
On 2002 and older Accords it is critical that you replace the cam belt at 90,000 miles. On the 2003 and up Accord replace the cam belt on the V6 at 110,000 miles. The 4 cylinder has a timing chain and no maintenance is necessary. The Accord is an interference engine and as such if the belt breaks serious engine damage will occur.
