yes it has reverse and both high and low range gears . i can get it to run in both forward and reverse but only in low range . when i shift IT into high range it is still running in low range .
A restriction map plots restriction sites within a chain of DNA. You cannot create a restriction map without restriction enzymes. Restriction sites are points in a DNA molecule that contain certain strings of nucleotides, which can only be identified by restriction enzymes.
TaqI's restriction site is:TCGAAGCT
restriction enzymes
Restriction enzymes cut DNA at sites called restriction sites on the DNA. These restriction sites are specific sequences of 6 - 8 nucleotide bases. Restriction enzymes can be used on all types of DNA. If the DNA is cut by a certain restriction enzyme, then we know that the DNA contained the restriction site. This sort of an experiment is called restriction site analysis

If you have a low speed such as an 8-10 it is a simple double clutch and shift. But, if you have 13-18 you will have a low and high range switch. 18 Speed is simple for me It is in low range shift 1-4 at 4 switch to high range. Shift 4-8. So, in reality you are not actually shifting 18 times.
Le Chatelier principle says, if a restriction is applied to a system in equilibrium, the system adjusts to a new equilibrium that tends to counteract the restriction. When equilibrium is under stress it will shift to relieve that stress. or all concentrations would change.
Yes there was an optional power-shift instead of syncro-range transmission.
The flashing is indicating that your gears are disengaged and ready to shift. Brake must be depressed.and obviously vehicle fully stopped. The beep.and flash will cease when fully and successfully shift, signalling vehicle ready to drive.
Engines work best in a certain range or RPMs (revolutions per minute). The time to shift is when you've moved outside that range. If the engine is spinning fast you change to a higher gear, if the engine is spinning too slow you shift to a lower gear.
With a dual range transmission (5x2), you can shift any way that seems feasible. If you're in town, leave the range selector in low range and shift the 5 gears as normal. When you reach highway speeds, just shift the range selector to "HI". If you want, leave it in HI range and shift as a normal 5-speed. The LOW range will give you quicker pickup in town, the HIGH range will give better fuel economy overall. The bike is geared in such a way that either range will work fine. If you are lucky enough to live near mountains, this bike is GREAT for mountain cruising. Leave it in LOW rangel, twist the throttle and GO! The added torque of the LOW range will bring a smile to your face. Whatever you do, don't think that you have to shift 1-LOW, 1-HIGH, 2-LOW, 2-HIGH, etc. It's just a range selector (LOW/HIGH). Use either one, and have fun! It's a great bike!
